Hello Hello!

Last year, you may remember that we did a community challenge to try to complete a bingo board. Well, we're bringing it back for 2024! This extra challenge is completely optional.

Below is a BINGO board filled with tropes and tags that will show up in the works we create together. I'll keep track, and working together, let's see if we can get BINGO! Or maybe even blackout? The bingo board is posted late this year, so I'm not sure we'll get to blackout, but this community has surprised me before!





All works turned into the collection will count, including treats and gifts to the collection.

One work can count for multiple squares.

Please include the tag you wrote on the fic itself. I won't be reading all the works to figure out if it includes a particular tag!

• 40 M/M Works - works where the main ship is an M/M pairing.
• 20 F/M Works - works where the main ship is an F/M pairing.
• 20 F/F Works - works where the main ship is an F/F pairing.
• 10 Polyam (3+) Pairings - works where the main ship involves 3 or more people.
• First Work for a Relationship Created - at least one of the works in the collection was the very first created for that relationship tag.
• 1 Vid and/or Podfic - one work is a vid or a podfic.
• 5 Art Works - gifts that are primarily art and tagged with an art-related tag "Art" or "Digital Art" or "Illustration", etc…
• 3 "That's Not How the Force Works" - works that are tagged with "That's Not How the Force Works (Star Wars)" - there's no needed plot for this, just anything you feel is deserving of the title
• 3 Inappropriate Use of the Force - works that are tagged with "Inappropriate Use of the Force" or related tag. As for what the actual inappropriate use should be. Well…you know…I shan't say…tax evasion
• 3 Crossover /FusionWorks - 3 works with crossovers outside of the Star Wars Canon, either involving characters, or involving a "fusion"(typically, of one property's setting and the other's characters).
• 10 Angst Works - Works tagged with "Angst", including "Angst with a happy ending" or other variations.
• 10 Fluff Works - Works tagged with "Fluff" including "Fluff and Smut" and other variations.
• 2 Only One Bed Works - Works tagged with "Only One Bed"
• 10 Mutual Pining Works - Works tagged with "Mutual Pining"
• 3 Fake Dating Works - Works featuring a fake/pretend relationship - tagged with "Fake Dating" or a related tag
• 3 Enemies to Lovers Works - Works tagged with "Enemies to Lovers"
• 15 Hurt/Comfort Works - Works tagged with "Hurt/Comfort"
• 15 "Fix-It" Works - Works tagged with "Fix-It" or related tag such as "Time-Travel Fix-It" or "Order 66 Fix-It (Star Wars)"
• 3 Oops I got "Worldbuilding" in my work - Works tagged with "Worldbuilding" - and a celebration of all the times worldbuilding got in your works
• 15 Getting Together Works - Works tagged with "Getting Together", or "Missionfic" or "Missionfic"
• Treats for more than half of participants - more than half the people signed up have more than one gift.

FAQ

Isn't this kinda a lot for one person to do? - Yes, it's a community challenge, all things will be counted collectively.

What if I already turned in a work but I didn't tag it the way the board shows? - That's fine! Feel free to go back and edit your fic to include the tag.

Help! I wrote a treat for someone and then couldn't gift it to them! - Sometimes this is a setting for newer accounts. Unless the participant has publicly said in their sign-up they don't want treats, ping the mods and we'll reach out to see if that's intentional.

I have a work I want to write, but I don't have anyone to gift it to - You can gift things to the collection without assigning a recipient by going to the collection page and clicking "Post to Collection."
