OK with combining both ships; I usually love finnpoe together but, if you go with poe/kaz, no need to mention background finnpoe if you don't feel like it. I love Finn; I love Poe; I love Kaz...which means making them kiss each other is my happy place :)
I'd be down with any AU set within canon, post-sequels or in another era of Star Wars... Less enthusiastic at the idea of an AU with a non-SW setting, but if you feel it's better for your creation please go ahead!
I'd prefer if everyone involved keeps their canonical age and/or age gap with the others, i.e. Kaz being 3 years younger than Finn and 12 years younger than Poe.
For smut: Poe/Kaz and Poe/Finn/Kaz are the only ships in which I am interested in Daddy kink...but only if Kaz is daddy. It doesn't even have to make sense; I just think imagining Poe going with it is great. It could be just thrown in as a suggestion, testing the waters or as a bet; in any case I'm interested in the possibility of it (bonus if they actively all enjoy it) but can completely do without as well. In any case I tend to like softer smut when finnpoe and/or Kaz is involved.

- Maul/Mihawk
I think they should fight. And maybe kiss (and/or fuck nasty) :) if you want to throw them in an AU or pull Maul into OP or Mihawk the other way around, please feel free to take liberties with them, e.g. Mihawk as a [insert SW species], Maul as one of the Four Emperors, etc.
I love any iteration of Maul. I love him with his organic legs, I love him with his spider leggies, I love him with his chicken legs and I love him with the sets of prosthetics he chose for himself. I am fine with any iteration of Maul (anh, legends, comics, books, tcw, rebels, solo...) and I know Mihawk's story until the timeskip. I am vaguely aware of Cross Guild being a thing.
I usually like imagining akataka is always in the background, even if Mihawk is paired with others (kind of in a "oh you're fucking my husband too? cool!" kind of dynamic). I'm fine with Maul having sex with other people as long as Obi-Wan Kenobi is not involved (not even mentioned. I'm afraid he's a very hard DNW.)
- Finn/Luffy; Finn/Zoro; finnpoe/zolu
Same as above about changing characters to fit into a universe! OK with finnpoe or zolu as being poly even if you go with finn/luffy and/or finn/zoro only. I am usually very vanilla with finnpoe, and tend to love zolu when there is a lot of devotion from Zoro and a lot of love and kindness from luffy (I would say something similar to a paladin/deity dynamic in which it is very clear the deity loves them.
For Finn/Luffy strictly I would love them as a power couple, in which they're both sensational BAMF juggernauts on their own! If you throw Finn in the Blue Sea I would love for him to be a big name of his own, e.g. a former Marine turned worst gen pirate. If Luffy ends up in the GFFA I think he could be a really cool space pirate :)
For Finn/Zoro strictly I'm fine with them having a relation similar to Luffy and Zoro, e.g. captain and first mate, or being both former squadmates who defected together with Poe...anything with them having a strong bond (or the potential for one)!
